- Our courier partner delivers until 4pm, 5 days per week, across South-Africa
- All orders will be dispatched and delivered within 3 – 7 working days
Exchanges
We hope that you love your grow equipment, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with the product, we are happy to arrange an exchange, or refund depending on the issue.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. For any items returned without the original packaging, no refund or exchange will be done.
We are unable to offer any exchange or return on products that has been used or opened.
All purchases are valid for Exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Online purchase exchanges are managed using our courier services.
You will be liable for all courier fees involved in exchange or refunds if Woofies & Co has not been at fault.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

In the rare instance that you experience a quality issue with your grow equipment or products, which may arise from time to time with high volume production, we will be pleased to assist with a repaired replacement from the manufacturer.
This Refund & Exchange policy must be read in conjunction with our supplier’s Refund & Exchange policy. This Policy may be updated at any time without notice of such updates.
We will not be liable for any mistaken or wrongly placed orders by the customer if such problems do arise we will assist as far as possible, yet you will still be held liable for the shipping and a 10% return fee on the item cost.
No exchanges or refunds will be granted on any seed, opened nutrient or grow medium products.
Request return shipping information before returning any merchandise. Contact us before any and all items is send back. Items send back without authorization may not be refunded.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund/exchange.
If approved, your refund will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation. At this point, the refund is out of our hands and we do not have any control over the speed of the refund.
